In theory this plot does not usually frost but that was not the case in 2021: three barrels instead of 20! Pale lime green. A mix of reductive tension and something a little bit chunkier than usual. This is one of the 2021s with a strong saline note behind and a light powdering of coconut. Not quite in place at the moment but the promise is there. Drink from 2025-2031.
