Like so many of the wines in this tasting the Empreintes stands out for its racy aromatic profile and total sense of finesse. Time in the glass brings out the power and resonance of Pinot Noir. The 2013 is equal parts Chardonnay and Pinot Noir both from vineyards in Chavot. Dosage: 4 gr/L. Disgorged: February 2019.
