Portola Springs Vineyard produces our most austere and mineral chardonnay. “Acid-freaks” should again be thrilled with the 2009 vintage. While it has a tad more weight than past vintages there is ample citrus fruit and the distinct “crushed rock” character present in all vintages. To once again reiterate -This is not a “cocktail” Chardonnay its structure and power demand food."
