Richly textured pink grapefruit citrus salty ocean tang lingering finish salty cracker. Feels silky and deeply textured great quality white fruits ripe spiced quince and pear. A hot vintage means you'll find less Sauvignon Blanc thiols on display in their place a soft and a lingering grip on the finish. 100% fermented and aged in barrels 30% new oak along with larger 320- and 600- litre tonneaux and cigar shaped casks.
