The 2020 Brut Nature Le Mont des Chrétiens is a deep powerful wine. Lemon confit white pepper mint sage and marzipan are all beautifully amplified. This potent resonant Champagne packs quite the punch. As with many 2020s there's a slightly vegetal character but the wine has enough weight and overall fruit intensity to balance that out to some degree. Aging on cork likely helps with texture.
