Pol Roger is traditionally a blend of equal parts Pinot Noir (body and depth) Pinot Meunier (freshness and vigorous fruit) and Chardonnay (elegance and finesse) and is sourced exclusively from juice from the ""cuvee"" (first pressing).
The Brut Reserve also known as the White label is sourced from top quality vineyards in Montagne de Reims (Pinot Noir) Vallee de al Marne and Petite Valle d'Epernay (Pinot Meunier) and the Cote des Blancs (Chardonnay). The wine is pale gold in color with a very fine bead; flowery delicately toasty aroma with fruit and complexity; creamy beautifully balanced with a dry harmonious finish."
Offering up aromas of pear peach and freshly baked bread the new release of Pol Roger's NV Brut Reserve is medium to full-bodied fleshy and charming with a generous core of fruit lively acids and a saline finish complemented by an elegant pinpoint mousse. It's a demonstrative expressive Brut Reserve that will pick up additional complexity with more age on cork.
An expressive Champagne with a pure beam of ripe black currant fruit enlivened by vivacious acidity. Harmonious and satiny in texture with accents of star anise pickled ginger toast and preserved lemon echoing on the finish. Chardonnay Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. Drink now through 2026.
""Full and ripe this offers balance between rich white fruits and a smooth texture that is cut with acidity. The wine is in great harmony with itself ready to drink while also allowing the possibility of bottle aging.""

Medium gold color, with a lively, energetic mousse. Toasty, leesy and loaded with orchard fruits on the nose, which also shows a waxy lanolin note reminiscent of Vouvray. Full and rich in the mouth, with flavors of buttered toast and ripe apple that are nicely supported by solid, harmonious acidity. Broad through the finish and long, with a late note of sweet pear.
