The 2021 Saint Romain Sous le Château has a lovely pure bouquet with orange blossom and white peach fragrant and seductive. The palate is very well balanced vivacious with orange zest red apple and fine depth towards the finish with lingering spiciness. One of my picks from Morey's depleted portfolio of 2021s. (Drink between 2024-2036)
