The 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon Métisse Jumping Goat Vineyard emerges from a site on the other side of St. Helena closer to Spottswoode and Madrona Ranch. It offers up generous red berry fruit intermingled with strong savory earthy and tobacco accents that add layers of nuance. This potent impeccably balanced Cabernet should start to drink beautifully in a few years once the tannins soften a bit. (Drink between 2025-2039)
