Decanter: 91 Points
Only just ripe on the nose which is surprising for a hot year. Medium-bodied really quite a fresh feel on the palate and good energy. Tannins just a touch on the grainy side but does have focus and intensity. (Drink between 2024-2027)
Vinous: 90-92 Points
The polished 2022 Côtes-du-Rhône is made from fully destemmed grapes. Black-fruited spicy and floral it presents solid flavor concentration and ample freshness. Medium-bodied and round this is shaping up to be a delicious Côtes-du-Rhône.

Cask sample. A lovely nose that has a suggestion of pepper black olive and gun smoke. The palate is really lively and fresh with lovely grip and a note of pink grapefruit beneath the mid palate that is supremely juicy ripe and fresh. Already drinking really well ? rounded and ripe but not heavy and with a fresh long finish
