Jasper Morris: 92-94 Points
The holding is on the upper slope above the cross. Quite Pale lemon yellow. Immediate fruit on the nose ripe lemons and some plums. A little oak comes to the fore. generous on the palate with flesh first and then a sunny look at the stones. Good length.
Vinous: 91-93 Points
The 2022 Corton-Charlemagne Grand Cru has a well-defined bouquet with yellow plum and orange pith perhaps requiring more delineation. The palate is well-balanced with a tropical-tinged entry mango and dried pineapple the finish displaying good extract and a pleasing oily texture. Not the best in show but a well-crafted Corton-Charlemagne. (Drink between 2026 - 2048)
