The 2023 Langhe Freisa is fabulous. Deep black fruit leather sage menthol licorice and espresso are all beautifully amplified. Readers will find a complex dynamic Freisa that hits all the right notes. In a range of superb wines the Burlotto Freisa is the under-the-radar gem.
