An organic and biodynamic wine the 2019 Per Filo is dedicated to Duccio Corsini's son Filippo. The wine reflects a hands-off winemaking style that is without the use of added sulfites or filtering. It reveals a fluid evolution in terms of aromas that starts off with wild berry and crushed flower then sliding into savory tones of terracotta and ash only to revert back to those pretty floral notes once again. The mouthfeel in this classic vintage is especially crisp even crunchy with precision-cut mineral notes at the back. This is a limited production of 1200 bottles.
