Assembled in tank in late July having been in older and mostly larger barrels. To bottle in December. Clear pale colour. Lots of energy here this is very much the Bourgogne Blanc that I know and appreciate from Dominique Lafon. Pure white fruit fresh apple medium body but with perfect poise and impressive length.

Spot-on for a Bourgogne Blanc from a top producer. Plenty of ripe stone fruit but cut with green-apple acidity this has layers of mineral and crushed-stone notes to finish. Not cheap but fairly priced for this level of quality. GV (AWH) (Drink between 2024-2027)
