Jasper Morris: 90-93 Points
Mid yellow. Fresh plum floral medium bodied a little warmth this is fattening out with a good background of oak. Firm but with an intensity of ripe fruit just a little warmth to finish.
Burghound: 89-92 Points
Hints of petrol smoke and exotic fruit in particular pineapple and lychee add breadth to the aromas of white peach and citrus confit. The plump round and generously proportioned medium-bodied flavors exude a subtle minerality on the sneaky long and balanced finale. This forward effort would benefit from having better depth so a few years of cellaring are recommended. (Drink starting 2027)
Vinous: 91 Points
The 2022 Puligny-Montrachet Les Folatières 1er Cru shows a little more richness on the nose compared to the showing from barrel. It's lightly honeyed with white flowers and melted candle wax. The palate is similar fairly pithy with plenty of extract. It's ?chewy? for a Puligny (actually quite Chassagne in style) with a brisk lightly spiced finish. (Drink between 2024-2034)
