The Tenuta Cucco 2016 Barolo Cerrati reveals a delicate and classic approach with tart cherry dried plum tar and licorice. The wine's intensity is moderate and it eases back on the complexity as well showing instead a direct and streamlined expression of aged Nebbiolo. The excellent 2016 vintage provides freshness structure and vitality.
