Wonderful cooked apples honey and light vanilla on the nose here. On the palate this full-bodied and brightly acidic white suggests limes hints of yogurt and sliced apples. Nutmeg and sliced herbs too. Quite tight now so better in two or three years.

Bright gold-tinged yellow. Fresh aromas and flavors of apricot nectarine apple sage and minty herbs along with a whiff of alcoholic warmth. Bright and juicy with a refined mouthfeel and lively acidity extending the fruit and spice flavors on the long back end. This is remarkably fresh and lively (5.5 g/l total acidity 3 g/l residual sugar and only 13.5% alcohol); you?ll never guess that this still very youthful wine is the product of a very hot year that was not unlike 2003.
