The NV Extra Brut Le Cépage Grand Cru Verzy is a pure Pinot Noir. The mellow creaminess of oak is immediately apparent on the nose, with a top note of bitter almond. The palate trumps with fine, elegant mousse, tiny bubbles and a vivid line of freshness that highlights the yeasty backdrop.
