The 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon Jumping Goat Vineyard Métisse is fabulous. Dense and quite savory the 2021 possesses tremendous depth and vibrancy. There is a quite a bit more in the way of minerality and savory elements than is often the case. Blackberry jam graphite chocolate spice new leather and chocolate saturate the palate. This tannic brooding beauty needs time. (Drink between 2024-2036)
