Cellar/Tasting Notes
Formerly known as "White Star," this slightly less-dry Cuvee is more delicate and fruity than most other Champagnes made in the classic Brut style. Wine Spectator (WS): 91 "Well-balanced, exhibiting flavors of light toast, Gala apple, honey and ginger, with smoke and mineral notes underscoring hints of tropical pineapple and tangerine fruit. There's lovely texture, with a firm backbone of juicy acidity." |
