This is a delicious, soft wine with aromas and flavors of mocha, coffee, cedar and jammy red fruits. Its garish display of toasty oak, jammy berry fruit and chocolate flavors is admirable. Peter Morrell (PM): 91 A blend of 62% Merlot and 38% Cabernet Franc, La Confession possesses impressive density and richness with soft, smooth tannins. It should drink well for a decade. |
