Cellar/Tasting Notes
A cuvee of great finesse produced from Premiere Cru and Grand Cru, from grapes grown in the Montagne de Reims and the Cote de Blancs regions. This, together with the practice of adding 15% of previous aged reserves explains the fine quality and value this champagne offers. Fine bubbles and prolific mousse with an elegant nose revealing fine mature fruit following on to the palate giving great complexity and length on the finish. Disgorgement takes place a few weeks before despatch of orders to maximise the aromas through contact with the lees (dead yeast and wine sediment) whichform into a natural sediment after the second fermentation in bottle to produce the bubbles. |
