Cellar/Tasting Notes
Eric Bordelet, proprietor and cidriculteur of Chateau de Hauteville, produces Normandy Sparkling Apple and Pear Ciders with a wine mentality. He is the former sommelier at the three-star Arpege in Paris and has been inspired by his friend and mentor, the brilliant Pouilly-sur-Loire winemaker Didier Dagueneau.
