The Champagne displays a pure, pale gold color brightened with green accents, showing fine, generous bubbles and a delicate mousse. The elegant bouquet is perfumed with white flowers, which will, given time, evolve further to reveal notes of brioche and fresh butter. On the palate, the wine is refreshing and lively, redolent of citrus and rhubarb.
