Cellar/Tasting Notes
The flagship of Moet & Chandon, Moet Imperial is the most accomplished and universal expression of its style. It reflects the diversity and complementarities of the three champagne grapes and the richness of the region's best vineyards to reveal the magic of the world's most loved champagne.
Formerly known as "White Star", this slightly less-dry Cuvee is more delicate and fruity than most other Champagnes made in the classic Brut style. Wine Spectator (WS): 91 "Well-balanced, exhibiting flavors of light
toast, Gala apple, honey and ginger, with smoke
and mineral notes underscoring hints of tropical
pineapple and tangerine fruit. There's lovely texture,
with a firm backbone of juicy acidity." |
