The 2004 Billecart exhibits an intense, beautiful aroma with a crisp and fresh character reminiscient of apples as well as citrus and dried fruits. Brioche notes also add a different sensory sensation and the result is refreshing and delicate complexity. On the palate, there is a variety of flavors including orchard fruits and quince. The wine is opulent and offers an intense finish where the flavors are controlled by an amzing fruit maturity.

"Light, bright gold. Mineral-accented aromas of orange, white flowers, ginger and white pepper, with a leesy overtone. Juicy, penetrating orchard fruit and orange zest flavors gain flesh and and spiciness with air. Packs a solid punch but carries no excess weight and finishes with impressive clarity and chalky, mineral-driven persistence. I'd give this youthful Champagne a few years to unwind."
