Every once in a while you taste a wine that makes your nose twitch, it's so delicious. Santadi's 2011 Vermentino did this for us – so fresh and crisp, it's just a perfect choice for fish and white meats.
It's made from two native grapes grown in five different districts of southern Sardinia in sandy/clay terrain. The grapes are hand-picked, soft pressed and cool fermented to extract the maximum amount of character and fruit -- and it shows.
