The Brunello is ruby red in colour with a bouquet of ripe, red berries and dried flowers. Upon the palate it stimulates the intensity of these small red berries blending with crushed violet and tobacco and creates a smooth, velvety texture to harmonise with rich and balanced tannins, for long and satisfying sensations.
James Suckling (JS): 93
"A balanced, elegant 2009 Brunello with dried fruits, hints of chocolate and a citrusy undertone. Full body, very well-integrated tannins and acidity. Drink or hold."
