Cellar/Tasting Notes
The wine was aged 12-15 months,partly in medium-toasted French barriques and partly in 2nd year old barrels of 25hl. The result is a deep garnet gem whose rich bouquet recalls licorice, red berries. Brushwood, violets cinnamon and cloves confirmed on a full, well balanced pallet, showing complex flavors of ripe fruit and a persistent finish. |
