Chateau d'Oupia is one the best producers in the Languedoc. Using Syrah, Grenache and Cinsault from 30+ year old vines this is a deep-bodied and complex Rose with great balance and an exuberant personality. Juicy and surprisingly dense, with powerful red fruit flavors showing an almost creamy texture, it finishes broad, sappy and persistent with enough acidity to stand up to your favorite summer foods.
