Cellar/Tasting Notes
The Chassagne Montrachet is a deeply coloured, full bodied red wine. Its weight and build make it resemble a Côte de Nuits wine.
It matches very well with grilled and roast meats when young, while older ones can accompany game, strongly flavoured meats and most cheeses (not blue ones).
