The 2011 Les Demoiselles is a truly elegant wine of exceptional grace and class. Its bright, golden colour and penetrating fragrance of toast and honey predict the rich, mellow fruit flavours, velvety elegance and intense finish of this refined wine.
Louis Jadot produces limited quantities of this grand cru, which in many vintages equals or surpasses Le Montrachet in concentration and complexity.
The Les Demoiselles pairs best with turbot, monkfish, scallops with white truffles, roasted lobster, grilled foie gras, braised veal and free range chicken.
