The 2008 Meursault has a fragrant, ripe, full fruited bouquet which is confirmed on the palate. A generous, supple texture and the distinctive hazelnut and spice nuances are detected as well on the palate which segues into a persistent finish of great finesse.

"A plethora of ripe orchard fruit, in particular peach and apricot, is trimmed in grilled toast notes. The rich, round and succulent flavors possess plenty of mid-palate fat before terminating in a mildly exotic and ever-so-slightly naturally sweet finish. This is really quite pretty if a bit atypical, at least at present."
