Frederic Cossard comes from a long line of Burgundy farmers. When he moved into winemaking in the 1990's he decided to use as natural an approach as possible. He plows and tills with horses, hand picks his vines and barrel ferments and ages his wide stable of Cote de Beaune wines. |
