Cellar/Tasting Notes
This is a gorgeous Burgundy endowed with plenty of weight, structure and gravitas in its rich, textured fruit from a 102-year-old premier cru vineyard in the Côte de Beaune, Robert Parker's Wine Advocate (RP): 92 "Bruno Clair’s 2009 Savigny-les-Beaune La Dominode is fabulous in this vintage. The warmth of the year has filled out the wine beautifully. The 2009 is ripe, exotic and flashy. I especially admire the juxtaposition of fleshiness and insistent minerality." (Antonio Galloni) |
