Cellar/Tasting Notes
Smooth and full black cherry. A stunning value packed with cedar fruit and cassis flavors. The pronounced bouquet is comprised of aromas of dark ripe fruit, with notes of smoke and game. Ripe blackberry flavors are delivered in a medium body, with the tannins firming up on the finish. While the fruit dominates mid palate, major earthy flavors take over in the end.
After Chateau Pichon Lalande, and Reserve de La Comtesse, this 3rd label is from the young vines of Pichon Lalande. A rich and elegant Pauillac.
A true Bordeaux blend of 64% Cabernet Sauvignon, 29% Merlot, and 7% Cabernet Franc and Petite Verdot. |
