This creme liqueur is the Cassis flavor and can be used in many ways. First of all, it makes a classic Kir Royale. Pour a little at the bottom of your flute, then fill the glass with a dry French sparkling wine, and garnish with a slice of orange. You may also pour this over vanilla ice cream and serve with a simple butter cookie. Or make a fun Black Currant cocktail with a shot of the liqueur over ice plus club soda + garnish with lemon.
