Wathen's Single Barrel 94-proof Bourbon is distilled exclusively in copper and aged in carefully selected charred new oak barrels. Only the finest cereal grains, corn, rye and malted barley are selected for this straight bourbon. All are milled and proportioned to exacting standards producing the mash to await the magic of the fermentation prccess. The Medley Family's yeast blend is a zealously guarded secret and teamed with the delicate closely monitored but never rushed aging process it produces the magic of Wathen's.
