Heavy Water is distilled and filtered from Scandinavian winter wheat and water from a subterranean lake formed during the great Ice Age, producing a smooth ultra-premium vodka with a long finish. Wine Enthusiast (WE): 95-100 "The attractive, understated bouquet is nicely oily with a cottony scent. The palate entry is vibrant, grainy and off-dry to moderately sweet; the midpalate is keenly fresh and delightfully grainy/spirity. Finishes well as it cleanses the palate in well-defined tastes of grain and oil. A sophisticated spirit that puts a premium on elegance." |
