Cellar/Tasting Notes
This vodka is produced in small Holstein pot stills in an old airplane hangar, hence the name, outside San Francisco, California. This “straight” vodka is a blend of grain (wheat) neutral spirit and a vodka that's been crafted from viognier wine. Viognier vodka is used to diminish the alcoholic overtone found in most other vodkas. The result is an ultra smooth, premium vodka like no other, for the true connoisseur. |
