Cellar/Tasting Notes
This vodka is made from a rare citrus variety that is beautifully aromatic. In fact, the Chinese have for centuries been using buddha's hand (named thus because its shape is similar to the upturned hands on buddha statues) to freshen the scent of their clothes by hanging it in their closets. But as a drink, it has a delicate lemon flavor, pleasing and complex, like that of candied lemon peels, combined with a smooth texture and round finish.
"Impeccably clear... stunningly fresh... enchants the sense of smell... intense and real." Paul Pacult's review in THE SPIRIT JOURNAL
