Cellar/Tasting Notes Aged in the Solera system for over four years, the Tio Pepe is a straw colored wine and presents with an almond bouquet that is both delicate yet pronounced. On the palate is is free of acidity, very dry and extremely light.
Cellar/Tasting Notes This is a very good amontillado for under $18. The Vina AB is an amber hued sherry with a sharp, almond bouquet which is smooth and opulent on the palate. The sherry is very dry and is an excellent apertif with white meats, blue fish and mature cheeses.
Cellar/Tasting Notes A fine elegant sherry of the highest quality- a stellar sensation from one of the oldest and most prestigious producers in Spain's sherry district.
Cellar/Tasting Notes "... The palate is racy due to no shortage of acidity, and the flavor profile is led by a salty, briney almond and leather character. Sheer and serious, with not a sugar cube in sight."
