"The flowery, crisp, nutty, fresh, light straw-colored 2006 Fino en Rama was aged for two years in American oak. A delightful wine, it cuts a broad texture throughout the mouth, but its fresh acids, floweriness and vibrancy make for a remarkable drink. Consume it within a year or so of purchase."
