In 2011, the blend is 27% Sierra Mar, 25% Rosella’s, 18% Pisoni, 18% Soberanes and 12% Garys’. Adam Lee describes 2011 as the coldest vintage he has ever seen. Nevertheless, the 2011 Pinots are very pretty with dark red cherries, flowers and menthol wrap around the finish.
