"Green-tinged light-medium yellow. Polite aromas of ripe pear, apple, honey, spices and white flowers. Broad in the mouth but a bit less convincing and filled-in than the Embrazees and Baudine. Finishes with a slightly dusty quality. Morey generally uses 30% to 33% new oak for his premier crus."
