"Louis Jadot remains one of Beaune's dominant and critically acclaimed negociants and owns over 105-hectares of vines in Burgundy with 70-hectares in the Côte d'Or." -- Wine Advocate
The 2010 vintage was one of the best in the past decade, but quantities were 30% to 50% below normal.
The wines of Maison Louis Jadot are always highly sought after. The 2010's are ripe and concentrated; the reds showing notes of cherry and loam; the whites have bracing minerality with ripe, developed fruit.
Morrell & Co has been able to secure some of the best of the Jadot portfolio before release. Quantities are limited, and these won't last long. Once they arrive in wine store they'll be very hard to come by.
